Q1. What is the delivery arrangement?
After you’ve made your order, you will receive a confirmation code generated by the system. It takes 5 working days to process your order. By the time you’ve received the email with the delivery tracking code, your order is on your way.
Q2. How will my delivery be wrapped?
The wrapping materials might vary as the material you’ve ordered varies. We have special materials for wrapping different products, depending on what you’ve ordered. The wrapping material is to ensure that you will have your order arrived safely.
Q3. How do I pay?
Our site will accept Master/ Visa/ and debit cards as payment methods. If you are ordering for corporate, please select the invoice option - our customer service support will be in touch shortly to provide an invoice for your settlement according to your purchase.
Q4. Is there a regional restriction for delivery?
There’s no restriction on the country delivery, however, some delivery may be subjected to additional customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. For more information, contact our support.
Q5. How can I track my delivery?
After we’ve processed your order in 5 working days, you will receive an email with the delivery tracking code provided by third party logistic support. The choice of third party support varies, depending on the country where your order ships. You can track the order from the service provided with the code generated.
Q6. Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Unfortunately all orders are non-refundable. There’s no cancellation service once the order is placed. Other conditions such as combining orders, adjusting orders or changing your shipping address or shipping options after you’ve placed the order are subject to additional charges.
